Why Choose Us

Why Choose Our Specialized Termite Control in Philomath, OR

Professional Termite Control technician working in Philomath, OR

Licensed Termite Inspectors

Our inspectors hold state wood-destroying organism (WDO) licensing and produce documentation accepted for real estate transactions.

Rapid Scheduling for Active Infestations

Swarms or mud tubes get priority scheduling — we know active subterranean colonies cause damage every day they go untreated.

Transparent Treatment Pricing

You'll see the full cost of liquid termiticide or bait station installation before we start — priced by linear foot of foundation, not guesswork.

Professional-Grade Treatment Systems

Our equipment includes borate wood treatments, termiticide injection rods, and monitoring stations for long-term colony elimination. We also provide a moisture map of the foundation area, since moisture readings often predict where future termite pressure is most likely.

Service Solutions

Termite Control in Philomath, OR: Comprehensive Solutions

Subterranean Termite Barrier Treatment

We trench and treat the full foundation line so worker termites carry the termiticide back to the colony itself.

In-Ground Bait Station Systems

Bait stations give ongoing colony-level monitoring, useful for properties where liquid trenching isn't practical.

Drywood Termite Spot & Structural Treatment

Drywood colonies live inside the wood itself, so treatment targets the specific members showing frass or kick-out holes.

WDO Inspection Reports for Real Estate

Licensed inspection documentation formatted to lender and closing requirements, delivered within the timeline your transaction needs.

Termite Damage Assessment & Repair Referral

Beyond treatment, we assess joist, sill plate, and subfloor damage so you know the full scope before repairs begin.

Pre-Construction & New Build Soil Treatment

We treat soil and foundation footings pre-pour so new builds start with a termite barrier already in place. We cross-check readings with a second meter on any borderline case, since termite treatment decisions shouldn't rest on a single instrument.

FAQ

Termite Control Questions From Philomath Customers

Trusted Termite Control service in Philomath, OR - Nex Pest Control

Subterranean colonies need ground moisture and build visible mud tubes, while drywood colonies nest directly inside dry wood members.

Pricing is based on linear feet of foundation and treatment type — we provide an exact written quote after inspection, not a phone estimate.

Most lenders and many state real estate transactions require a current WDO inspection report — we can turn documentation around on your closing timeline.

Non-repellent liquid barriers typically carry a multi-year warranty period, with annual re-inspection recommended.

DIY treatments often scatter the colony instead of eliminating it, which complicates professional treatment down the line.

A swarm event signals the colony has matured enough to reproduce, which is often the first visible sign homeowners notice. It's also worth scheduling an annual re-inspection even after treatment, since new conducive conditions like grading changes can develop over time.
